I have the problem that a picture from a camera is dark, what can i do?

please do the following checks:
- Is there an obstacle in front of the camera?
if not
- Power off RyngDyng and after 2 minutes power on again.
If it does not help
- Check the USB cables of the cameras. Check that the USB connectors are tightly plugged into the on-board computer
Still not ok:
- Have a look inside the camera housing whether the camera lens can be seen in the middle of the housing. Eventually, push up the camera in case it moved down caused by a shock
If still not ok, there is a need to replace the camera. Please contact Archery Analytics
